Viking Plastics was recently contacted by a large retail butcher shop who needed a custom madeĀ grease trap “chop, chop!”
The butcher shopĀ located in regional Victoria, had a “need it now” requirement for a 2400 litre belowĀ ground custom madeĀ grease trap.

The grease trap was manufactured using PaneltimĀ®, a lightweight, sandwich panel with an internal honeycomb cell structure that has superior strength and rigidity and requires little reinforcement. An innovative feature of this grease trapĀ was the use of the newly designed PaneltimĀ® access lid with 600mm diameter spigots (covers included). This resulted in a very easy to install grease trapĀ for our regional butcher.
